It's finally here and I am so excited to share it with you. It's big, it's wide and it's packed with hundreds of photos of the cars, people and doggos that make our annual pilgrimage to Helen, Georgia for AVF Invitational so special.  Check out the video for a little walk-through of everything you'll find in the book. I've put a lot of thought into how it's laid out, and have special emphasis on my new favorite part of AVF, the Eurowise x Bypass Boys Trail Ride. It has it's own section and article, along with a photo of every VAG car on the ride crossing the creek! Let me begin by saying: I hate car shows on grass fields. However, Helen and AVF Show are an exception to that feeling. Maybe it's the bit of elevation change on the AVF Show Field, maybe it's how the whole area is surrounded by lush, green backdrops, but it works. Helen is a chaotic week of hustling to and from overlapping GTGs, shoehorning in as many shoots for the next year's calendar and other features and trying to actualy enjoy things a bit—before packing up and making the sad trek home on Sunday. But the show on Saturday is the relaxed hang that I think everyone needs.  Most of the cars you want to see are there—and maybe you've gone the entire week without seeing one that was on your wishlist. In my case, there's always a few at the show that I didn't even know were in town! And that's why this grassy knoll is so important to our week in Helen. This year, knowing how well-received the motion shots of 2025 were, I decided to stake out on the exit road of the show and make it my goal to snap every car on its way out of the show. Everyone wants to see their car in motion, not just parked in the field, and I wanted to deliver that!  Just like AVF Show Part 1, there are two different ways to see my photos these days. The first is where you can see and download low-resolution photos for online, personal use. Please feel free to find anything you like and make sure to tag @morethanmoreusa when you share it! The second gallery is all the same photos, but high resolution and available for purchase as various printed sizes and materials, as well as a digital download to make your own prints. All the same photos, but different ways to see and use them. Clunky? Yeah, it sux. But until I figure out a better process, it is what it is! But wait, there's MORE!!! I've decided to make a photo book of all the things we did, saw and shot throughout our week in Helen. It's hard to believe that the vibe of a little town in northern Georgia can shift so dramatically from one week to the next, but that's just what Helen does when the VW community comes to play. AVF Show, or Alpine Volks Fair, has called Helen home for several years now, but it doesn't make each May any less special. This year, I dragged my best bud, Tobias (@tobiastrousers), along with me because, despite being one of the first people I found on VW Vortex back in the mid-2000s, he had never trekked south for any of the events that have taken place in Helen over the years. With the help of our friends at Eurowise, we paraded not one, but two different lifted Porsche Cayennes around Helen, Georgia for the week, capturing photo and video content of anything and everything that crossed the lenses. This is the first of many parts, so buckle up. In case you missed it with Fixxfest, there are two different ways to see my photos nowadays.
